SIGMA T-Series range of air conditioning units have been developed to air condition the cabins of heavy-duty, off-road mining equipment. They have been designed to suit the most severe application of high vibration, shock loads and high ambients. The units are constructed to Mining Standards featuring ease of service and using the highest quality components.
Features include brushless DC motors, fresh air pressurisation, return air filter, heater and electronic cabin and coil temperature control. SIGMA T-Series is available in either 12VDC or 24VDC configurations. Options include hydraulic drive compressor or off-engine drive compressor kits, along with special supply and return air plenums to suit cab application.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Roof space is at a premium and/or weight is a consideration, the 7kW, Sigma TFR7 rooftop system is suitable for these applications. The system has a contoured front providing for a very compact and easy to install unit whilst maintaining the standard T Series benefits of easy service access, reliable-heavy duty componentry, stainless steel construction. The Sigma TFR7 is designed for dual mounting configurations roof and external wall. Wall configuration is suitable for applications where roof access is not possible. The controls, supply and return air filter are located on the unit’s standard plenum or can be integrated into the console of the vehicle.
